摘　　要：[目的]为了探索牛大口径永久性瘤胃瘘管的安装方法。[方法]对10头试验牛运用半全麻醉结合局部麻醉法和站立保定法,采用外科手术方法进行瘤胃瘘管安装。[结果]10头试验牛均成功安瘤胃瘘管。[结论]该方法尽可能避开了不利因素,减少创口感染,效果确实。【Objective】The aim of this study was to explore the method of installing large diameter and permanent rumen fistula in cattle.【Method】Through half full anesthesia combined with local anesthesia and standing fixation,10 cattle were performed surgical operations to install rumen fistula.【Conclusion】All the operations of 10 cattle for installing rumen fistula were very successful.The method could avoid the unfavorable factors and decrease wound infection.The results were satisfying.
