制约我国企业知识产权转化的因素分析

摘　　要：随着知识产权应用与管理研究的增多,知识产权转化已成为知识产权应用研究的重点。以企业的知识产权转化为对象,概述国内外有关知识产权转化的研究现状,构建知识产权转化的环境体系。运用问卷调查及AHP等规范化方法,对影响我国知识产权转化的因素进行重要性分析,并从企业视角提出相应对策。在此基础上,分析知识产权转化全过程的动态因素,提出促进我国知识产权转化的具体对策建议。With the increase of intellectual property （IP） application and management research, the transformation of intellectual property has become the focus of IP application research. Taking the transformation of enterprises IP as a study object, this paper briefly overviewed the domestic and foreign current research status related with the transformation of IP, and con- structed an environmental system of the transformation of IP. By the questionnaire and the ap- plication of AHP method, it analyzed the importance of the factors affecting the transformation of China IP, and put forward corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of enterpri- ses. On the basis of this, the author further analyzed the dynamic factors in the whole transfor- mation process of IP, and put forward some advice for specific measures in order to promote the transformation of IP in China.
