摘　　要：世界经济一体化,要求各国以全球化的眼光定位就业市场。"一带一路"战略着力加强国际合作,可以促进我国的劳务输出。我国在劳务输出方面还存在一些问题,导致我国海外劳工在输入国的利益常常受损,国家应通过各种途径切实保护海外劳工的利益。It is the world economic integration that demands workers from different countries to position the job market in the vision of globalization. Strategic significance of the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ strengthens international cooperation and promotes Chinese labor export service. There are some questions in Chinese labor export service, so that the interests of overseas workers are often damaged in the labor-receiver countries. The state should protect the interests of overseas Chinese workers by all of means.
