摘 要:以HgI_2和KI为原料,通过溶液法合成了KHgI_3·H_2O。采用X射线单晶衍射、X射线粉末衍射、光谱测试、Kurtz-Perry粉末倍频技术、热重分析等方法对KHgI_3·H_2O的晶体结构、光学性质、热稳定性等进行研究。结果表明,KHgI_3·H_2O为正交晶系,空间群为Pna21(No.33),晶胞参数为a=0.866 08(17)nm、b=0.933 71(18)nm、c=1.1487(2)nm、α=β=γ=90°、Z=4;KHgI_3·H_2O的二阶非线性光学效应约为磷酸二氢钾(KDP)的6倍,且能实现相位匹配;KHgI_3·H_2O在中远红外波段具有较宽的透光范围,在空气中长时间放置不会潮解,是一种具有潜在应用价值的红外非线性光学材料。KHgI)3·H_2O was synthesized by solution reaction using HgI2 and KI as starting materials.Its crystal structure,optical properties and thermal stability were studied by X-ray single crystal diffraction,X-ray power diffraction,spectral testing,Kurtz-Perry powder second harmonic generation(SHG)and TGA.The results indicate that KHgI)3·H2O crystal is orthorhombic,with space group Pna21(No.33),a =0.866 08(17)nm,b=0.933 71(18)nm,c=1.1487(2)nm,α=β=γ =90°,Z =4.The compound shows a phase-matchable SHG intensity which is 6times as large as that of KH2PO4(KDP).It also has a wider transparent region in the middle and far infrared band and doesn't deliquesce after being exposed to the air for a long time.KHgI3·H2O is believed to be an infrared nonlinear optical material with potential value.
