降逆止呃汤联合山莨菪碱肌注治顽固性呃逆的疗效及促胃动力效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察降逆止呃汤联合山莨菪碱肌注治顽固性呃逆的疗效及促胃动力效果。方法:106例顽固性呃逆患者抽签随机法均分为观察组和对照组,各53例,对照组给予降逆止呃汤进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合山莨菪碱进行治疗,观察两组治疗后临床疗效,两组治疗前、后临床症状改善(PSQI评分)情况及两组治疗前、后胃电功率变化情况。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组PSQI评分、胃电功率均较治疗前显著下降,观察组治疗后PSQI评分、胃电功率均较对照组下降显著(P<0.05)。结论:降逆止呃汤联合山莨菪碱肌注对治顽固性呃逆的临床疗效显著,有较好的促胃动力效果,可显著改善患者睡眠质量。Objective： To observe the effect of reducing jiangnizhi-e decoction combined with Anisodamine intramuscular injection treatment of intractable hiccup and prokinetic effect.Methods： 106 cases of intractable hiccup patients draw were randomly divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each,control group was given jiangnizhi-e decoction treatment,the observation group in the control group based on the combined with Anisodamine treatment,the clinical efficacy of treatment in the two groups were observed after the,two groups before treatment,after clinical symptoms improve（PSQI score） and the two groups before treatment,after gastric electrical power change situation.Results： After treatment in observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）,two groups of PSQI,gastric electric power after treatment than before treatment was significantly decreased,were observed after the treatment group PSQI,gastric electric power were lower than those in the control group decreased significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Jiangnizhi-e decoction combined with anisodamine injection in treating intractable hiccup clinical curative effect significantly,better prokinetic effect,can significantly improve the quality of sleep of the patients.
