托里透脓汤促进坐骨直肠窝脓肿术后创口愈合的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析托里透脓汤在促进坐骨直肠窝脓肿术后创口愈合的临床效果。方法:86例坐骨直肠窝脓肿手术患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各43例,观察组给予托里透脓汤治疗,照组采用传统治疗方法,对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:观察组创面疼痛的VAS评分、创口肉芽水肿评分、创口渗液时间和创面愈合时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:托里透脓汤能有效的缩短坐骨直肠窝脓肿术创口愈合时间,减轻患者疼痛。Objective： To analyze the clinical effects of Tuolitounongtang in promoting ischiorectal abscess postoperative wound healing.Methods： 86 cases of ischiorectal abscess surgery patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group,the observation group was given Tuolitounongtang in the treatment,the control group received the traditional treatment methods,treatment of the two groups were compared after the clinical effect.Results： The group wound pain VAS scores,wound granulation edema scores,wound was observed on exudate time and wound healing time were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Tuolitounongtang can effectively shorten the ischiorectal abscess postoperative wound healing time,reduce the pain of patients.
