甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合光动力治疗尖锐湿疣临床疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合光动力治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的临床疗效。方法:145例CA患者随机分为三组,对照组(CO_2激光组,45例)、治疗1组(CO_2激光+甘露聚糖肽胶囊组,50例)、治疗2组(CO_2激光+甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合光动力组,50例),分别观察各组的疗效和复发情况。结果:对照组、治疗1组、治疗2组治愈率分别为64.4%、88.0%和92.0%。治疗2组疗效明显优于治疗1组和对照组(P<0.05)。痊愈患者均随访半年,对照组、治疗1组、治疗2组的复发率分别为41.4%、20.1%和10.1%,治疗2组复发率明显低于治疗1组和对照组(P<0.05)。3组患者除局部反应外,均未见全身不良反应。结论:甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合光动力治疗CA可提高临床疗效,降低复发率,不良反应少。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of the combination of the therapeutic effect of the treatment of condyloma（CA） with the combination of the capsule and the therapeutic effect of the.Methods： 145 cases of CA patients were randomly divided into three groups,control group（CO_2 laser group,45 cases） and the treatment group 1（CO_2 laser plus Mannatide capsule group,50 cases） and treatment group 2（CO_2 laser plus Mannatide capsule combined with PDT group,50 cases）,respectively,to observe the curative effect and relapse in each group.Results： The cure rate of the control group,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were 64.4%,88% and 92%,respectively.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the 1 groups and the control group（P〈0.05）.All patients were followed up for half a year,the control group,treatment group 1,treatment 2 groups of recurrence rates were 41.4%,20.1% and 10.1%,respectively,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the 1 groups and the control group（P〈0.05）.There were no systemic adverse reactions in the 3 groups except for local reactions.Conclusion： The combination of the and the therapeutic effect of the treatment of CA by the combination of the mannose peptide capsule and the photodynamic therapy can improve the clinical curative effect,reduce the recurrence rate,and less adverse reaction.
