临床护理路径在子宫肌瘤切除术的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径(CP)在子宫肌瘤切除术的应用效果。方法:188例子宫肌瘤切除术患者按护理方法不同分为观察组(94例)和对照组(94例),观察组采取CP,对照组采取常规护理。对比分析两组的各项指标。结果:观察组患者满意度、患者健康知识掌握状况优者显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间和住院费用均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫切除术患者中实施CP,能提高护理服务的满意度、患者健康知识知晓率,缩短住院时间,节省住院费用。Objective： To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway（CP） in the treatment of hysteromyomectomy.Methods： 188 cases of hysteromyomectomy were divided into observation group（94 cases） and control group（94 cases） according to the different nursing methods,the observation group was treated with CP,and the control group was treated with routine nursing care.The indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results： The observation group patients＇ satisfaction,patients＇ health knowledge status has significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The observation group hospitalization time and hospitalization costs were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The implementation of CP in patients with hysterectomy,can improve nursing service satisfaction,health knowledge awareness rate of patients,shorten the hospitalization time,save the cost of hospitalization.
