蒙山苍术不同采收时期挥发性成分的GC-MS分析和最佳采收期研究

摘　　要：目的:应用GC-MS法对蒙山苍术不同采收时期药材挥发油中主要化学组分进行比较分析,为蒙山野生苍术合理的采收时间,提高药材质量和疗效提供依据。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取样品中的挥发油,用GC-MS法对其主要化学成分进行定性和定量分析。结果:蒙山苍术以十月份采收的收油率及所含的有效成分(茅术醇、β-桉油醇、苍术素、苍术醇、苍术酮等)均高于其他采收月份。结论:蒙山野生苍术以秋季十月采得的质量最好。Objective： Using GC-MS method of Mengshan Atractylodes rhizome,different harvest period of herbs in the volatile oil of main chemical constituents and the points were compared and analyzed.For Mengshan wild Atractylodes rhizome reasonable harvest time,improve the quality and curative effect of medicinal materials provide a basis.Methods： The volatile oil was extracted from samples by steam distillation method,qualitative and quantitative analysis of its chemical composition by GC-MS method.Results： Mengshan Atractylodes rhizome in October,recovery of oil recovery rate and contains the active ingredient（Hinesol,beta-cajeputol,atractylodin,atractylol,atractylon,etc.） were higher than those of other harvest month.Conclusion： The quality of Mengshan Atractylodes in autumn October was the best.
