摘　　要：介绍了低松弛预应力热镀锌钢绞线的生产工艺流程,从原料、酸洗拉拔、热镀锌、捻制稳定化处理等方面论述了产品生产过程中影响产品质量的因素,提出了低松弛预应力热镀锌钢绞线生产过程质量管控方式,以提高热镀锌钢绞线的质量。The paper introduces the production process of low relaxation hot-dip galvanizing pre-stressedsteel strand, fl＇om raw material, etching and drawing, hot-dip galvanizing, spinning, stabilizing treatment andother aspects expounds influencing factors on product quality in production process and puts forward thequality control method for the production process of low relaxation hot-dip galvanizing pre-stressed steelstrand to improve the quality of steel strand.
