摘　　要：为满足1×7和1×19绞线的生产工艺要求,在现有钢绞线生产线基础上,设计了一种跳绳式与管式组合型1×19低松弛预应力绞线捻股机同步装置,在同一生产线上实现了1×7与1×19两种规格产品的分段运行生产,降低了频繁更换产品规格的生产成本和操作难度,提高了1×19低松弛预应力钢绞线的捻制生产速度及成品钢绞线的长度。In order to meet the production process requirement by 1×7 and 1×19 steel strand, a syn-chronous device of rope skipping type and tube type combined stranding machine for 1×19 low relax-ation pre-stressed steel strand was designed on existing strand production line, realizing divided sectionproduction of products of two sizes of 1×7 and 1×19 on the same production line, reducing productioncost and operation difficulties because of frequent product size changes and increasing the spinning pro-duction speed and finish product length of 1×19 low relaxation pre-stressed steel strand.
