某院硫酸氢氯吡格雷临床应用回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的 分析并探讨硫酸氢氯吡格雷在临床上的应用及安全性.方法 收集某院2013 年6 月1 日-2014 年9 月11 日间应用硫酸氢氯吡格雷的所有住院患者,分别统计各项数据,分析统计结果. 结果 收集到了786 份患者的病例,50～89 岁之间使用的人数最多占82.57%,使用指证规范率81.14%,有少量与药品的药理作用无关,用法规范,用量有超说明书现象.在联合用药治疗过程中存在个别选择合并用药不合理现象.有5 例不良反应发生,主要表现为皮疹和瘙痒.结论 硫酸氢氯吡格雷在临床上的应用基本规范,不良反应发生率较低,安全性较高,若能在临床上合理应用,会减低风险,增加用药的安全性.Objective To analyze and explore the application and safety on Clopidogrel Sulfate. Methods Review and analyze cases on thepatients who used Clopidogrel Sulfate between June 1,2013 and September 11,2014 retrospectively and statistically.Results In 786 cases, 82.57% ofpatients who took Clopidogrel Sulfate were between 50 to 89 years old.Clopidogrel Sulfate was used under clinical indications by taking orally. Dosagewas beyond specification in some cases.There were some cases have unreasonable combine with medication. There were 5 cases have ADRs. The ADRsincluded skin rash and itch.Conclusion The Clopidogrel Sulfate had a standard use under clinical indications. The Clopidogrel Sulfate’s ADRsoccurrence rate was low.It should be used under clinical indications reasonably so that the risk would be lower.
