探讨创伤性闭合性胃肠破裂的临床诊疗方案

摘　　要：目的 探讨创伤性闭合性胃肠破裂的临床诊断及治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析本院2014 年12 月~2015 年12 月收治的32 例创伤性闭合性胃肠破裂患者的临床资料.结果 经积极的手术治疗之后, 31 例患者均痊愈,1 例患者因多脏器损伤伴出血性休克治疗无效死亡.术后并发症发生率为6.45%,患者治疗后的生活质量各项指标以及总得分均显著高于治疗前,（均P〈0.05）.结论 对创伤性闭合性胃肠破裂患者,要做好临床查体和X 线平片检查以尽快确诊,并及时实施手术治疗,以获得理想的治疗效果.Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traumatic closed gastrointestinal rupture. Methods the clinical data of32 patients with traumatic closed gastrointestinal rupture admitted in our hospital from December 2014 ~2015 to December were retrospectively analyzed.Results after active surgical treatment, 31 cases were cured, 1 patients died of multiple organ injury with hemorrhagic shock. After the operation, theincidence rate was 6.45%, and the quality of life of the patients after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment （all P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion the patients with traumatic closed gastrointestinal rupture should be treated as soon as possible with the clinical examination and X ray plainfilm examination, and timely surgical treatment, in order to obtain the ideal treatment effect.
