标准化管理在预防俯卧位脊柱手术术后失明的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨标准化的俯卧位脊柱手术术后失明预防管理办法,降低术后视力损伤的发生率,杜绝术后失明. 方法 选择2013年1 月-2013 年12 月（标准化管理实施前）我院择期俯卧位脊柱手术病人32 例作为对照组,选择2014 年1 月-2015 年7 月（标准化管理实施后）择期俯卧位脊柱手术病人90 例作为观察组.比较两组病人术后视力损伤发生情况. 结果 对照组发生术后眼部炎症性改变2 例（6.25%）,观察组未发生.两组术后失明发生率比较差异有统计学意义.（x2=0.01,p〈0.05）.结论 科室将预防俯卧位脊柱手术术后失明列为手术室护理质量控制指标之一,致力于建立和不断完善标准化术后失明的预防及管理流程,对护理人员进行规范化培训,降低了术后视力损伤的发生率,杜绝术后失明.Objective To explore the standardization of spinal surgery in prone position surgery after blindness prevention measures for theadministration of and reduce the incidence of postoperative visual acuity damage, prevent postoperative visual loss. Method Choose from January 2013to December 2013 （for the implementation of standardized management of our hospital undergoing prone spinal operation in patients 32 cases as controlgroup, January 2014 - 2015 years 7 months （for the implementation of standardized management after elective prone spinal operation in patients 90 casesas the observation group. Postoperative visual acuity was compared between the two groups. Result There were significant differences in visual acuity（x2=0.01, p〈0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion After the application of the standard prevention and management of postoperative blindnessprevention and management measures to reduce the incidence of postoperative visual injury, to prevent postoperative blindness.
