摘　　要：目的 探讨ELAVL1 在前列腺癌（Pca）中的表达及意义.方法 应用免疫组化SP 法检测66 例Pca、18 例高分级前列腺上皮内瘤（HGPIN）、30 例前列腺增生组织（BPH）及15 例正常前列腺组织（NP）中ELAVL1 的表达.结果 46 例（69.70%）Pca 中ELAVL1 有中等或强的表达,18 例HGPIN 中ELAVL1 都是弱或中等的表达,30 例BPH 和15 例NP 没有或只有弱的表达.前列腺癌Gleason 评分（GS）8-10 组中ELAVL1表达明显高于GS7 组和GS5-6 组（P〈0.05）,GS7 组中ELAVL1 表达明显高于GS5-6 组（P〈0.05）,GS7 中GS（4＋3）组中和GS（3＋4）组中ELAVL1表达没有明显区别（P=0.827）.结论 ELAVL1 的表达可能与Pca 的发生机制有关,其对诊断高分级前列腺上皮内瘤和判断前列腺癌的转移和患者的预后有重要意义,ELAVL1 可作为前列腺癌治疗的新靶点.Objective To study the expression and significance of ELAVL1 in prostate cancer（Pca）. Methods The expression of ELAVL1was assayed by means of immunohistochemical technique in 66 Pca、 18 high grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia（HGPIN）、30 benign prostatichyperplasia（BPH） and 15 normal prostate tissue（NP） specimens. Results ELAVL1 expression was moderate or strong in 46（69.70%） Pca and all of 18HGPIN were moderate or weakly while negative or weakly in BPH and NP. ELAVL1 expression were higher in the Pca with Gleason score（GS）8-10 thanthose Pca with GS7 and GS5-6（P〈0.05）, ELAVL1 expression of Pca with GS7 were higher than those Pca with GS5-6（P〈0.05） ,while no difference wasfound between GS7（4＋3） and GS7（3＋4） cancers（P=0.827） . Conclusions The expression of ELAVL1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of Pca, andELAVL1 expression may be useful for the HGPIN diagnosis and the patients’ prognostic estimatation. It may be the novel target for Pca treatment.
