肠康汤保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎的临床疗效观察与评价

摘　　要：目的 观察与评价肠康汤保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎的临床疗效.方法 将62 例放射性肠炎患者按照随机对照原则分为治疗组（肠康汤保留灌肠）31 例,对照组（生理盐水 ＋ 地塞米松 ＋ 蒙脱石散保留灌肠）31 例,比较两组临床治疗总有效率、治疗前后生活状态的改变（KPS 及QOL 评分）情况,并统计分析比较两组之间的差异.结果 治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为83.3%、63.3%（P〈0.05）,治疗组KPS 评分及QOL 评分均优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 肠康汤保留灌肠对放射性肠炎具有显著的临床疗效.Objective To observe the efficacy of Changkang Tang retention enema on the patients with radioactive enteritis. Methods 62patients with radiation enteritis were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases of trial group were treated with Ch- ang kang Tang,another 31 cases ofcontrol group were treated with normal saline, de- xamethasone and montmorillonite powder.Compare the patients of the two groups in the total effectiverate,KPS score,QOL score,and analyze the differences between t- he two groups. Results The total effective rate was 83.3% in the trial group and 63.3%in the control group（P〈0.05）.Changkang Tang can obviously improve the KPS score a- nd the quality of life of patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ChangkangTang retention ene- ma has a good clinical effect on radiation enteritis.
