甲硫咪唑与左甲状腺素联合治疗儿童甲状腺功能亢进症的临床治疗分析  被引量:6

摘  要:目的 分析甲硫咪唑与左甲状腺素联合治疗儿童甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效.方法 回顾分析2013 年2 月至2016 年2 月期间在我院治疗的58 例甲状腺功能亢进症儿童临床资料,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组29 例患儿.对照组患儿采用甲硫咪唑治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上联合左甲状腺素治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果.结果 观察组患儿临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患儿促甲状腺激素(TSH)明显低于对照组,甲状腺体积明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患儿药物性甲减发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 甲硫咪唑与左甲状腺素联合治疗儿童甲状腺功能亢进症疗效确切,可促进TSH 恢复正常,并且继发性药物甲减发生率低,值得在临床推广和应用.Objective To analysis a sulfur imidazole with levothyroxine clinical curative effect for the treatment of hyperthyroidism in children.Methods retrospective analysis in February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital during the period of treatment of clinical data of 86 children withhyperthyroidism were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group. Treatment with the control group with a sulfurimidazole, on the basis of the observation group of patients in the control group therapy joint levothyroxine treatment, compared two groups of patientswith clinical therapeutic effect. Results the clinical therapy in children with efficient observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in children with observation group was obviously lower than thecontrol group, the thyroid volume significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); The incidence ofdrug-induced JiaJian children observation group was obviously lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion a sulfur imidazole with levothyroxine treatment children hyperthyroidism curative effect, can promote TSH returned to normal, andsecondary drugs JiaJian incidence is low, and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
