寻常性痤疮临床治疗方法研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨寻常性痤疮在临床中有效的治疗方法.方法 选取寻常性痤疮患者292 例,随机分成四组.第一组使用红霉素片;第二组使用维生素B6 片;第三组使用0.025﹪维A 酸乳膏;第四组同时使用红霉素片、维生素B6 片和0.025﹪维A 酸乳膏.结果 第四组同时使用红霉素片、维生素B6 片和0.025﹪维A 酸乳膏的患者,治疗寻常性痤疮有效率较高,与其它三组比较差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）.结论 同时使用红霉素片、0.025%维A 酸乳膏和维生素B6 治疗寻常性痤疮,安全、有效.Objective To study clinically the treatmen of acne vulgaris . Methods 292 cases of acne vulgaris were randomly divided intofour groups. Use erythromycin tablets in the first group; Use vitamin B6 tablets in the second group; Use 0.025% Tretinoin cream in the third group ;Erythromycin tablets, vitamin B6 and 0.01% Tretinoin cream were used at the same time in the fourth group . Results It’more effective and a statisticallysignificant difference compared with the other three groups （ p 〈0.05） that the treatment of acne vulgaris in the fourth group was the use oferythromycin tablets, vitamin B6 and 0.025% Tretinoin cream at the same time .
