摘 要:目的探讨三种不同稀释液对电化学发光法检测孕酮的影响。方法在我院产科门诊随机选取80份血清标本,分别与生理盐水、儿童混合血清和孕酮专用稀释液等体积1:1混合,然后用德国罗氏诊断有限公司生产的E601型号电化学发光仪器检测孕妇的原倍血清标本和各组混合后的血清标本。结果A组与B组比较有显著性差异(T3.1356,P〈0.001);A组分别与C组、D组比较均无显著性差异(T=0.5514、0.2078,P〉0.05);C组和D组比较也无显著性差异(T=0.2541,P〉0.05)。结论生理盐水不适合做检测孕酮的稀释液,但是儿童混合血清和专用稀释液均可以作为电化学发光检测孕酮的可靠稀释液;而且可以用儿童混合血清代替孕酮稀释液。Objective To investigate the effect of three different dilutions of the electrochemiluminescence assay progesterone. Method Randomly selected 80 serum samples in our hospital maternity clinic, Respectively versus saline, children mixing serum and progesterone special diluent an equal volume of 1: 1 mix, Then detect former times serum samples for pregnant women and serum samples in each group after mixing, with Germany Roche Diagnostics Limited production of E601 model electrochemiluminescence instrument. Result There was a significant difference between group A and group B (T=3.1356, P〈0.001) ; Group Aand group C, groups D were no significant difference (T=0.5514, 0.2078, P〉0.05) ; Group C and group D no significant difference (T=0.2541, P〉0.05 ) . conclusion Saline is not suitable for checking progesterone dilution, but children mixing serum and special diluent can be used as a reliable dilution of electrochemiluminescence assay progesterone; And can use children mixing serum instead of progesterone dilution.
