医院通过租赁行政后勤办公用房扩大医疗服务空间进一步提高服务能力和效率的合理性探讨

摘　　要：近年来,随着医院业务总量的迅猛增长,医疗空间不足、行政后勤部门布局分散、服务效率不高等问题日益突出,成为影响医院进一步科学发展的瓶颈问题.我院通过租赁行政后勤办公用房,扩大医疗服务空间的探索,对进一步提高服务能力和效率,优化服务流程,改善病人和家属的就医体验有很大意义.In recent years, with the rapid growth of total hospital business, there is insufficient space on the medical, administrative logistics departmentscattered layout and low efficiency of the service problem increasingly prominent, and become the bottleneck problems affecting hospital further scientificdevelopment. Our hospital through the lease administrative office premises, to expand medical services, space exploration, to further improve the serviceability and efficiency, optimize service process, improve the patient and family medical experience has great significance.
