摘 要:目的 应用Micro-CT 研究单根上颌第二前磨牙的根管形态.方法 收集63 颗单根上颌第二前磨牙,通过Micro-CT 扫描并三维重建以后,观察分析单根上颌第二前磨牙的根管形态和根管峡区的发生率和位置.结果 在63 颗单根上颌第二前磨牙中,其中Ⅰ类根管形态有31 颗,占样本总量的49.21%,Ⅱ类根管形态有5 颗,占总样本数7.94%,Ⅲ类根管形态有2 颗,占总样本数3.17%,Ⅳ类根管形态有2 颗,占总样本数3.17%,Ⅴ类根管形态3 颗,占总样本数4.76%, Ⅵ类根管形态有16 颗,占总样本数25.40%,Ⅶ类根管形态有4 颗,占总样本数6.35%;63 颗样本的根管峡区发生率为47.62%,距根尖4~5mm 的区段根管峡区发生率最高.结论 Micro-CT 扫描成像技术是研究根管系统的有效方法,单根上颌第二前磨牙根管系统复杂多变,术者应加强对距根尖4~5mm 区段的根管峡区清理、充填对提高根管治疗疗效和根尖手术成功率有积极意义.Objection To study the root canal morphology of one-rooted maxillary second premolars by Micro-CT. Methods 63 single rootedmaxillary second premolars were scanned by Micro-CT, the incidence of canal isthmus and root canal morphology was analyzed after 3D reconstruction.Results In the 63 single rooted maxillary second premolars, the Ⅰtypes of root canal morphology have 31, which account for 49.21% of the totalquantity, the Ⅱ-Ⅶ types of root canal morphology have 32 ,which account for 50.79% of the total quantity. The incidence rate of canal isthmus is 93.75%in the 32 samples what root canal morphology were Ⅱ-Ⅶ types. The incidence of canal isthmus in the root tip 4-5mm region was the highest in allsections. Conclusion Micro-computed tomography technology is an effective method to study the root canal system, it is complex that root canal systemof the single rooted maxillary second premolar, if we can reinforce the cleaning and filling of canal isthmus in the 4-5mm section of the apical ,the successrates of root canal therapy and root-end surgery will be improved.
