名老中医治疗缓慢性心律失常用药规律的varclus聚类分析

摘　　要：目的应用验案分析系统及SAS统计软件分析名老中医治疗缓慢性心律失常验案的用药规律。方法将搜集到的26位名老中医治疗缓慢性心律失常的424份验案输入到验案分析系统,通过SAS软件对用药频率≥10%的36种中药进行varclus聚类分析。结果这些中药共分为10类:(1)炒枣仁、焦麦芽、焦神曲、焦山楂;(2)麦冬、生地、五味子;(3)白芍、当归、丹参、三七、赤芍、党参、红花;(4)生龙骨、生牡蛎;(5)瓜蒌、半夏、陈皮、石菖蒲、薤白;(6)白术、茯苓、砂仁;(7)熟地、远志、炙甘草;(8)桂枝、黄芪、人参、熟附子;(9)川芎;(10)细辛、元胡、郁金、枳壳。结论针对缓慢性心律失常的某一证型或某一症状,名老中医习惯应用含有两种或两种以上的中药作为特定的药物组合来治疗。Objective To analyze the law of traditional Chinese drug used in bradyarrhythmia by SAS software.Methods The 424 proven cases record collecting from26 famous veteran physicians with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）of treating bradyarrhythmia to the analysis software of proven cases,and making the varclus cluster analysis of 36 kinds of drugs which frequency was more than10% with SAS software.Results Thirty-six kinds of drugs were divided into 10 categories1.stir-fried spiny jujube,scorch-fried barley sprout,scorch-fried medicated leaven,scorch-fried crataegus;2.ophiopogon,rehmanniae praeparatum,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis;3.Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Notoginseng,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Codonopsis,Flos Carthami;4.crude dragon bone,raw oyster shell;5.Fructus Trichosanthis,Rhizoma Pinelliae,tangerine peel,Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii,Bulbus Allii Macrostemonis;6.sojutsu var,Poria,Fructus Amomi Villosi;7.Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Radix Polygalae,mix-fried licorice;8.Ramulus Cinnamomi,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Radix Ginseng,cooked aconite;9.Rhizoma Ligustici;10.Herba Asari,rhizoma corydalis,Radix Curcumae,Fructus Aurantii.Conclusion Every categories of drugs corresponds with one syndrome or symptom of bradyarrhythmia.For same type of syndrome or same symptom of bradyarrhythmia,famous veteran teran doctors of TCM use specified drugs＇ group that include two kinds or more than two kinds of traditional Chinese drugs treating bradyarrhythmia habitually.The analysis results has certain guiding significance in clinic.
