摘 要:采用固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱法,对甾体雌激素在某污水深度处理工艺中的去除作用及规律进行了研究.结果表明,污水处理厂进水中检出5种甾体雌激素,质量浓度为52.1~450.8ng/L,高于欧美等国家污水处理厂的平均值.污水处理厂的深度处理工艺体系对甾体雌激素的平均去除率为67.4%~97.9%,其中,二级生物处理工艺段对雌激素的去除率远高于-级处理和深度处理工艺段.污水处理厂出水及剩余污泥中甾体雌激素质量浓度和质量分数分别为6.5~137.0ng/L和12.8~54.5ng/g.The removal effect and regularity of steroid estrogens in a wastewater treatment plant with advanced treatment process was studied with the method of solid phase extraction,gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.The results showed that five steroid estrogens were detected in the influent with mean concentration from 52.1to 450.8ng/L,which were higher than those in the United States and other European countries.The average removal rate of steroid estrogens in the advanced wastewater treatment system was 67.4%-97.9%.Among them,the removal rate of estrogens in the secondary biological treatment stage was higher than that in the primary treatment stage and the third treatment stage.Furthermore,the concentrations of estrogens in the effluent of the wastewater treatment plant and excess sludge were 6.5-137.0ng/L and 12.8-54.5ng/g,respectively.
