脑血管病神经介入治疗与开颅手术相关并发症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨和比较神经介入治疗和开颅手术的相关并发症。方法选取2013年5月至2015年5月在深圳市人民医院接受治疗的进行神经介入术的患者110例作为观察组,选取同期在深圳市人民医院接受治疗的进行开颅手术的患者100例作为对照组,比较两组患者的临床效果、术后满意度及术后3个月内的并发症发生情况和复发情况。结果观察组和对照组患者的手术均顺利完成,观察组患者的术后满意度为92.73%(102/110),显著高于对照组患者的84.00%(84/100)(P<0.05)。观察组患者的复发率为2.73%(3/110),显著低于对照组患者的10.00%(10/100)(P<0.05)。观察组患者的相关并发症发生率为12.73%(14/110),显著低于对照组患者的24.00%(24/100)(P<0.05)。结论神经介入治疗在脑血管疾病患者中具有显著的疗效,能够有效促进患者的恢复和生活质量的提高,与传统开颅手术相比,其并发症的发生率要显著降低,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss and compare the related complications of neural interventional therapy and surgical operation. Methods 110 patients who were given neural interventional therapy in People＇s Hospital of Shenzhen from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected as the observation group, 100 patients who were given surgical operation in People＇s Hospital of Shenzhen at the same period were selected as the control group. The clinical effect, postoperative satisfaction, complications and recurrence in three months of follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than the control group（92.73% vs. 84.00%, P〈0.05）, the recurrence rate in observation group was significantly lower than the control group patients（2.73% vs. 10.00%, P〈0.05）, the complication rates in observation group was significantly lower than the control group patients（12.73% vs. 24.00%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nerve interventional therapy in patients with cerebrovascular disease has significant curative effect, can effectively promote the recovery of patients and improve the quality of patient＇s life, compared with the traditional surgical operation, it significantly reduce the incidence of complications and is worthy of popularization and application.
