摘 要:将因素研究和过程研究相结合,把传统TOE因素分析框架引入到煤矿信息技术同化的过程研究中,构建了具有阶段性特征的煤矿信息技术同化影响因素模型。该模型在一定程度上解释煤矿信息技术同化的形成原因与产生机理,拓展了技术扩散领域的研究范围。研究结论显示:在煤矿信息技术实施阶段,技术方面的相对优势和兼容性具有促进作用,而可观察性则不具有明显的促进作用;组织方面的高官支持、资源富余度等均具有促进作用;环境方面竞争压力和政府政策具有促进作用。在煤矿信息技术融合阶段,组织方面的影响因素作用与技术实施阶段一致;但技术方面可观测性和复杂性则均不具有明显的促进作用;环境方面的政府政策也不具有明显促进作用。该结论对煤炭企业了解煤矿信息技术同化的特点,并有效调适与使用煤矿信息技术提供一定的理论基础。in combination with the factor study and the process study, the traditional TOE factor analysis framework introduced to the study on the assimilation process of the mine information technology was applied to establish the assimilation influence factor model of the mine information technology with the stage features. On a certain degree, the model explained the assimilation formation causes and occurred mechanism of the mine information technology and expanded the study scope of the technology diffusion area. The study conclusion showed that in the implementation stage of the mine information technology, the relative advantages and compatibility of the technical aspect would have a promotion function and the observability would not have an obvious promotion function. The official support and resources surplus of the organization training would all have the pro- motion function. The competition pressures and the government policy of the environment aspect would have the promotion func- tion. In the integration stage of the mine information technology, the influence factor function of the organization aspect would be same to the technology implementation stage. But the observability and the complexity of the technology aspect would all not have an obvious promotion function. The government policy of the environment aspect would also not have an obvious promotion function. Those conclusions would assist the coal enterprises to understand the assimilation features of the mine information technology and could provide certain theoretical basis to effectively adjust and apply the mine information technology.
