摘　　要：2015年、2月2日，国务院法制办公室就国家知识产权局报请审议的《专利法修订草案（送审稿）》（以下简称送审稿）公开征求社会各界意见。送审稿所修订的内容主要涵盖加大专利保护力度、促进专利实施和运用、落实政府职能法定要求、完善专利审查制度以及完善专利代理法律制度等五个方面。On 2 December 2015, the Legal Affairs Office of the State Council of the People＇s Republic of China is soliciting public opinion on the Revised Draft of the Patent Law （Draft for Review） （hereinafter referred to as the Draft for Review） submitted to the State Council for consideration by the State Intellectual Property Office （SIPO）. The content revised in the Draft for Review mainly covers the following five as- pects, namely, enhancing patent protection, promoting pat- ent implementation and application, implementing statutory requirements of governmental functions.
