战略性新兴产业与区域经济耦合协调发展研究——以江西省为例

摘　　要：战略性新兴产业对区域经济增长的贡献越来越大,在带动区域经济发展的同时,往往又被落后的区域经济所制约。如何完善战略性新兴产业与区域经济的耦合协调机制,实现两者相互促进、相互协调的良性发展局面,已成为政府部门和学者们日益关注的问题。文章通过构建战略性新兴产业与区域经济耦合协调评价模型,对江西省11个地市2011-2013年战略性新兴产业与区域经济的协调发展状况进行了系统评价。结果显示:江西省战略性新兴产业与区域经济耦合协调程度偏低,只有南昌进入初步协调阶段,大部分地市处于濒临失调或失调阶段。在此基础上,提出了进一步促进江西战略性新兴产业与区域经济协调发展的对策建议。Strategic emerging industries are making increasingly remarkable contributions to the development of regional econ- omy. Nevertheless, they are hindered by underdeveloped regional economy in the mean time. It has become a growing concern of government and researchers to realize the coupling and coordinated development of strategic emerging industries and region- al economy. This paper constructs a coupling and coordinated evaluation model and makes systematic evaluations on the coor- dinated development of strategic emerging industries and regional economy of 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi province from 2011 to 2013. The study reveals that tile coupling degree of strategic emerging industries and regional economy is relative- ly low in most regions of the province, only Nanchang has reached the primary stage of coordination, whereas the rest is almost in the state of imbalance or on the verge of it. Based on the findings, this paper offers suggestions to further promote the coordi- nated development of strategic emerging industries and regional economy in Jiangxi province.
