摘 要:为了解决内燃机在抑制二甲醚早燃而导致爆燃的问题,实验研究了着火抑制剂液化石油气对二甲醚-柴油双燃料预混燃烧发动机燃烧和排放特性的影响。实验所用发动机为缸内直喷柴油机,并在原机的基础上增加了一套气体燃料预混合系统,以使发动机同时实现预混和直喷压燃两种燃烧方式。研究结果表明:随着二甲醚/液化石油气混合燃料中液化石油气比例的增加,预混压燃发动机的燃烧始点滞后,燃烧持续期缩短,缸内最大爆发压力和平均燃烧温度逐渐降低,有效热效率略有下降,但有效热效率仍高于缸内直喷柴油机;掺混液化石油气可在颗粒排放基本保持不变的情形下减少NOx的排放。该结果可为设计更为节能、环保的汽车发动机提供参考。In order to overcome the combustion knock caused by preignition of DME,the experimental investigation on the effects of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)on the combustion and emission characteristics of DME-diesel PCCI was carried out.The experiments were conducted on a modified direct injection diesel engine with port injection of DME and LPG.Results showed that by increasing the proportion of LPG in the DME/LPG mixture,the igniting timing was delayed,the combustion duration was shortened,and the maximum cylinder temperature and pressure gradually decreased.The effective thermal efficiency of the engine declined slightly with an increase of LPG proportion in the DME/LPG mixture,but was still higher than that of DI diesel engine.Moreover,the NOxemissions were reduced to a certain extend and the particulate emission stayed at the same level when blending LPG into DME.These results can provide a reference for designing more energy-efficient and environment-friendly internal combustion engines.
