摘 要:为了实现滑动轴承关键参数润滑油膜厚度的精密动态检测,构建了基于双路光纤的油膜厚度动态精密检测模型,以对光纤传感器的非线性特性进行补偿并对油膜厚度动态信号中的噪声进行滤除。该模型系统集成强度调制式光纤检测技术、光强补偿技术、非线性校正与滤噪技术,由光纤传感器调制函数、调理电路、上位机处理3个模块组成,其原理与优势在于:基于光强调制原理实现了油膜厚度对接收光功率信号的调制;采用光强补偿技术有效消除了光功率波动及反射率变化对检测结果的影响;利用非线性校正与滤噪技术实现了光电信号与油膜厚度信号的精确映射。静态标定实验和滑动轴承油膜厚度动态检测实验结果证明了该模型的正确性。To realize dynamic precision measurement for lubricating film thickness of journal bearings,a double-receiving optical fiber dynamic precision measuring model for oil film thickness was built.The model can compensate the nonlinearity of optical fiber sensor and filter the noise in the dynamic oil film thickness signal.The model was built through integrating intensitymodulated optical fiber measuring technology,light intensity compensation,nonlinear correction and filtering technology.The model consists of optical intensity modulation function module,and conditioning circuit module,and master computer module.The principle and advantages of the model are as follows:the received optical power is modulated by the oil film thickness using the light intensity modulation function;the effects of changing optical power and reflectivity on the measuring results are eliminated by light intensity compensation;and the accurate mapping between photoelectric signal and oil film thickness signal is finished by nonlinear correction and filtering technology. The correctness of the measuring model was verified by calibration experiment and dynamic measuring experiment on the oil film thickness of journal bearing.
