摘  要:针对蓖麻生长特性和采摘机理,设计了一种梳齿式蓖麻采摘系统。对梳齿式蓖麻采摘系统进行结构设计和运动过程模拟,结果表明:在蓖麻收获机前进速度为,窝眼滚筒转速为时,可以有效完成蓖麻果实采摘的窝眼滚筒轴离地高度是;通过相关公式推导,得出主要影响采摘率的参数是窝眼滚筒速比,确定速比的取值范围是。利用模拟出V型梳齿运动轨迹,得出窝眼滚筒速比在规定的范围内,值越大,V型梳齿位移轨迹的环扣越大,轨迹曲线越低,采摘区域面积越大,采摘率越高。A comb-type castor picking system is designed according to the growth characteristics of castor and the principle of picking castor. Through structural design and motion simulation of the comb-type castor picking system,it is shown that the castor harvester forward speed is at 2.5m/s and the waterloo eyes drum speed is at 45r/min,and the picking roller axis' height from the ground that can effectively complete castor is between 790 mm to 994 mm. Through the relevant derivation,it can be concluded that the main impact of picking rate parameters is indented roller,and determines the range of the is 1.53 to 1.95.V-type comb trajectory can be simulated by the MATLAB and gets the waterloo eyes drum draw within the prescribed range.The more value of,the greater the displacement track buckle V-comb,the lower the trajectory curve,the larger the area of picking,got the higher picking rate.
