摘 要:针对蜗线齿轮副中共轭齿轮节曲线向径与其转角间无明确函数表达式的问题,采用数值计算方法得到了主从动轮转角间的函数关系,从而确定了从动轮节曲线方程,利用绘图软件对蜗线齿轮副进行了建模仿真。通过对比从动轮理论与实际转角之间的误差,检验了齿轮副设计精度并验证了该方法的可行性。该方法计算简便高效,齿轮设计精度满足该类齿轮的实际加工需求,为蜗线齿轮副的设计与建模提供了新方法,为蜗线齿轮传动系统的运动学以及动力学特性分析奠定了基础。According to the problem of indefinite function expression between pitch curve and rotational angle of the driven gear of limacon gear pair,the pitch curve equation of the driven gear was got by the numerical method,and then the modeling and simulation of the limacon gear was done under the method by drawing software. By the comparative analysis on rotational angle relationship between the driving gear and driven gear,the design precision of the gear pair was inspected and the feasibility of this method was verified. The method is easy in calculation and is efficient,and its design precision meets the machining need of this kind of gears,which provides a new method for the design and modeling of limacon gear pair,and lays a foundation for the kinematic and dynamic characteristics analysis of the limacon gear transmission systems.
