摘 要:针对麻花钻锥面后刀面砂轮刃磨所存在的问题,提出了用线切割成形代替砂轮刃磨的方法,并建立了锥面后刀面线切割成形方法的数学模型,确定了成形参数。为验证成形方法的可行性,在建立麻花钻的三维实体模型的基础上,采用UG/CAM模块线切割工序进行刀路轨迹仿真,并后处理生成后刀面数控加工所需的数控程序,实现了自动编程。最后利用数控仿真软件VERICUT构建线切割机床模型和控制系统,模拟真实加工环境进行加工仿真,并对加工结果进行分析,验证了线切割方法的可行性。For the existing problems of grinding twist drill cone flank by wheel,the wire-cutting forming method is put forward instead of the former one,and the mathematical model of cone flank wire-cutting forming method is built,and the grinding parameters are confirmed. In order to test the feasibility of forming method,on the basis of building twist drill 3D solid model,the cutter locus is simulated in wire-cutting process of UG/CAM module and NC program required for flank NC machining is generated by post-processing,which realizes automatic programming. At last,the WEDM machine model and the control system are established by NC simulation software VERICUT which can be used to emulate real machining environment for machining simulation,it analyzes the processing results,and verifies the feasibility of wire-cutting method.
