摘 要:为弄清香菇菌糠不同粒径含量对油松生长的影响,本研究进行了不同粒径含量的香菇菌糠在栽培过程中的物理性状变化及对油松生长指标影响的测定。结果表明:香菇菌糠按≥2-5 mm、≥0.5-2 mm、<0.5 mm三种粒径等级筛分并复配后作为栽培基质,5个处理的物理性质比较稳定,且栽培前后各项物理指标均能满足理想基质的要求;综合油松生物量、生长指标、生理指标等分析,5个处理均好于对照,大中小粒径组分比例为1∶3∶1的香菇菌糠作为基质,油松生长状况最好,壮苗指数为0.166,顶芽干质量为2.88 mg·株-1,除叶绿素无规律外各项生理指标也最高。可见粒径规格≥2-5 mm,≥0.5-2.0 mm,<0.5 mm三种质量比为1∶3∶1的香菇菌糠最适合栽培油松,中小粒径含量越多油松长势也越好。Physical characters of different shiitake ( Lentinula edodes) residue substrate particle size ratio in cultivation and its effect on growth indexes of Pinus tabulaeformis was tested. The results showed as follows. When shiitake residue substrate was taken as the cultivating matrix classified according to the grades of particle size such as ≥2-5 mm,≥0.5-2 mm and 〈0.5 mm, and remixed, the physical characters in 5 treatments were stable and the various physical indexes before and after cultivation met the requirements of ideal matrix. Biomass, growth indexes and physiological indexes of P. tabulaeformis in 5 treatments were better than the control. When shiitake residue substrate was taken as the matrix in the order of particle size ratio of 1∶3∶1 from large to small, the growth conditions of P. tabulaeformis were the best, the seedling quality index was 0.166, the highest, the dry mass of terminal bud was 2.88 mg·tree-1 , the highest, and all the other physiological indices were the highest except irregular chlorophyll. Therefore, the shiitake residue substrates with particle sizes ≥2-5 mm, ≥0. 5-2. 0 mm and 〈0. 5 mm and in the ratio of 1∶3∶1 were the most suitable for P. tabulaeformis growing, the more content of medium and small particle sizes, the more vigorously the trees grew.
