摘 要:采用不同浓度赤霉素溶液(0mg/kg、100mg/kg、200mg/kg、300mg/kg、400mg/kg、500mg/kg、600mg/kg)分别浸泡沙冬青、金叶莸和化香树种子,通过比较其发芽率来确定种子萌发需要的最佳赤霉素浓度;进而在各自最佳赤霉素浓度下设定不同的浸泡时间(12h、24h、36h、48h),观察其对种子发芽率的影响;最后,在各自最佳赤霉素浓度和最佳浸泡时间下,在不同盐浓度(0%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%、0.6%)的盐碱地上进行播种。结果表明:(1)经过赤霉素浸种后,种子发芽率显著提高,沙冬青种子发芽率在赤霉素浓度为200mg/kg时最高,金叶莸种子发芽率在赤霉素浓度为600mg/kg时最高,而化香树种子最适宜的赤霉素浓度为400mg/kg;(2)沙冬青、金叶莸和化香树最佳浸泡时间分别为12h、24h和36h;(3)通过沙冬青、金叶莸和化香树播种后在盐碱地上出苗的直观表现,初步确定耐盐性分别为0.6%、0.3%和0.2%。Using the different concentration GA_3(0mg/kg,100mg/kg,200mg/kg,300mg/kg,400mg/kg,500mg/kg,600mg/kg)treatment on Ammopiptanthus mongolicus,Caryopteris clandonensis ‘Worester Gold'and Platycarya strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc.and through comparing germination percentage,we confirmed the best concentration of GA_3 germination needed.And then setting the different immersion hours(12h,24 h,36h,48h)in the best concentration of GA_3 respectively,we observed the effect of germination percentage.Finally,we sowed the seeds on the different salt concentrations(0%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%、0.6%)of salt-affected land under the best germination percentage and best immersion hour respectively.The results indicated that:1.Germination percentage could be stimulate significantly after seeds soaking by GA_3.The best suitable content is 200mg/kg for Ammopiptanthus mongolicus,600mg/kg for Caryopteris clandonensis ‘Worester Gold',400mg/kg for Platycarya strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc..2.By the test 2,the best immersion hour is 12 h,24hand 36 hfor Ammopiptanthus mongolicus,Caryopteris clandonensis ‘Worester Gold'and Platycarya strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc.respectively.3.On salt-affected land through intuitive performance of emergence after seeding in Ammopiptanthus mongolicus,Caryopteris clandonensis ‘Worester Gold'and Platycarya strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc.,we preliminarily determined the salt tolerance is0.6%,0.3% and 0.2% respectively.
