超薄膨胀型硅丙乳液防火涂料的研究

摘　　要：以自合成硅丙乳液为基料,以聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺和季戊四醇为阻燃剂体系,配制出膨胀型硅丙乳液防火涂料。实验比较了膨胀型硅丙乳液防火涂料与丙烯酸酯乳液防火涂料的耐火性,探索了涂层厚度对防火性能的影响,选择出具有优异防火性能的阻燃体系各组分的配合比例。Expansive type silicone-acrylic emulsion fire-retardant coatings have been prepared by using synthetic silicone- acrylic emulsion as binder and ammonium polyphosphate, melamine and pentaerythritol as fire-retardant system. In the test, fire resistances of expansive type silicone-acrylic emulsion fire-retardant coatings and acrylate emulsion fire-retardant coatings have been compared, the influence of coating thickness on fireproof performance has been explored, and the mix ratio of constituents in the fire-retardant system with outstanding fireproof performance has been selected out.
