摘 要:针对目前建筑垃圾处理面临融资难的问题,引入PFI融资模式,在分析项目融资风险因素的基础上,用熵值法、层次分析法分别确定指标的客观权重与主观权重,然后引入博弈论集结模型科学组合主客观权重,得到指标综合权重。再综合考虑各评价指标及其权重影响,计算加权灰色关联度。最后运用灰色Euclid理论对灰色加权关联度进行修正,对建筑垃圾处理PFI项目中主要参与方的风险进行综合评价和分析,可为项目风险控制与管理提供一定参考。Financing difficulty is the major difficulties facing the construction waste disposal. In this paper, through the in- troduction of PFI financing pattern, effectively ease the financing problems of construction waste disposal problems. At the same time, on the basis of the analysis of project financing risk factors, with entropy value method to determine the index objective weights and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the subjective weight, then introduce the game theory model assem- bled scientific combination of subjective and objective weights, comprehensive weights are got. Considering the effects evaluation index and its weights, calculate the weighted grey correlation. Finally by using the theory of grey Euclid weighted grey correlation degree, the construction waste processing the risk of major players in the PFI project for comprehensive evaluation and analysis, provide certain reference for project risk control and management.
