摘 要:低碳建筑是建筑业应对能源危机与环境问题新的发展趋势,而对其进行评价则是一项复杂的系统工程。首先,从全寿命周期的角度建立了低碳建筑评价体系;然后,根据评价指标所需信息的不确切性和不完全性,选用灰色系统理论,构建了多层次灰色评价模型,最后,结合工程实例验证了该评价方法在建筑低碳效果评价领域的可行性,为低碳建筑的评价研究引进一种新的评价方法。The low - carbon building is a new trend of the construction to face energy crisis and environmental issues. And assessment of low - carbon building is complex system engineering. In order to measure the low - carbon effect of a building, we need to evaluation methods to achieve evaluation. This paper establishes the low - carbon buildings evaluation system based on the perspective of the whole life, then, in accordance with inaccurate and incomplete of the information of evaluation, establis- hing a multi -level gray evaluation model with gray system theory. Finally, with an engineering example, it verifies the evalua- tion method is practical and feasible in the field of the low - carbon effects evaluation of the construction, and introduces a new e- valuation method for the evaluation of low - carbon buildings.
