大数据技术在工程项目招投标中的应用研究

摘　　要：随着电子招投标技术的发展,招投标领域出现数据太多、信息太少的状况,难以交互分析、挖掘潜在的规则和追溯历史,导致数据孤岛等问题。为此,将大数据技术引入到工程项目招投标领域,在建立招投标交易价格数据库的基础上,提出大数据技术在造价指数的编制、不平衡报价的识别、投标报价低于成本的判定、串通投标的报价识别等问题中的应用。应用大数据技术进行数据分析是招投标领域发展的必然选择,有利于解决招投标领域中现存的一些问题。With the development of the technology of electronic bidding, bidding areas showing too much data, too little in- formation; interactive analysis difficult; difficult to tap the potential rules; diffieuh to trace the history, form data islands and oth- er issues. Therefore, to introduce big data technology into the field of project bidding, on the basis of the establishment of a data- base transaction price bidding, the paper applied big data technology in the field of creating Cost Index, identifying unbalanced quotes, bidding below cost determination and identifying eollusive bidding problems. Applieation of Big Data technology for data analysis is the inevitable choice of bidding development, and also an effective way to solve the existing problems.
