摘　　要：目的:探讨浦东新区高桥社区外来孕产妇基本妇幼保健服务项目的实施效果。方法:选取2011年1月至2012年12月外来孕产妇1 427人作为对照组,2013年1月至2014年12月接收的外来孕产妇2 102人作为观察组,比较两组孕产妇的建册数、产后访视率、系统管理率等基本情况,并分析基础妇幼保健服务的实施价值。结果:观察组的早孕建册率、产后访视率以及系统管理率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高桥社区开展基本妇幼保健服务项目显著改善了外来孕产妇的基础服务状况,为保障辖区外来孕产妇母婴安全奠定了坚实基础。Objective：To discuss the implementation effect of the basic maternal and child health care service items for the migrant pregnant women in Gaoqiao Community of Pudong New District.Methods：From Jan.2011 to Dec.2012,1 427 migrant pregnant women were selected as the control group and 2 102 migrant pregnant women from Jan.2013 to Dec.2014 as the observation group.The rates of the number of the established manual,postpartum visit,system management and other basic conditions were compared and the value of the implementation of the basic maternal and child health care service of the migrant pregnant women was analyzed in the two groups.Results：The rates of the number of the established manual,postpartum visit and system management were higher in the observation group than in the control groups and they had the statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Implementation of the basic maternal and child health care service items for the migrant pregnant women in Gaoqiao Community has obviously improved the basic service situation in the migrant pregnant women and laid a solid foundation to protect the maternal and child safety in this area.
