摘 要:大数据分析技术是新时期企业提升绩效的一种创新IT能力。领先企业积极布局大数据分析领域以塑造竞争优势,但大部分企业仍处于创新采用曲线的早期阶段,故有必要探究企业大数据分析技术采用意愿问题。基于资源基础观,从数据质量管理和数据利用经验两维度提出解释大数据分析技术采用意愿的研究模型。研究结果表明:企业数据利用中的知觉收益,受数据质量管理水平的显著正向影响;企业外部数据利用的知觉收益显著提高企业采用意愿;而企业内部数据知觉收益将降低企业采用意愿。Big data analysis can be seen as an innovative IT capability that can improve firm performance. Leading firmsare actively adopting big data analysis to strengthen competitive advantage, but most firms are still in the early stage of theinnovation adoption curve. Hence, it is necessary to explore issues relevant to big data adoption intention. Based on Re-source-based View(RBV), a research model is proposed to explain the acquisition intention of big data analysis mainlyfrom two dimensions including data quality management and data usage experience. The result indicates that a firm's per-ceived benefits in using data can be positively affected by its data management quality level. Moreover, a firm's benefit per-ceptions in utilizing external data could encourage its acquisition intention. Surprisingly, a firm's benefit perceptions in uti-lizing internal data could hamper its acquisition intention.
