不同包装红麻种子库存31年后活力研究

摘　　要：为了探讨长期库贮藏条件下不同包装对种子发芽率、活力的影响,筛选适宜的种子包装材料和方法并全面评价不同包装的种子长期保存后的活力变化情况,用铝盒、种子盒、玻璃瓶、聚乙烯薄膜袋、布袋和牛皮纸袋6种材料,对南选红麻种子进行包装后,贮藏于长期库内,31年后取出测定它们的种子发芽力、电导率和田间成苗率等。试验结果表明:初始发芽率为88%的6种包装类型的红麻种子贮藏31年后种子发芽率仍然在79.7%以上,用纸袋和布袋包装、薄膜袋和铝盒密封包装的种子发芽率下降明显,用种子盒、玻璃瓶密封包装的种子发芽率下降不明显,发芽率仍保持在85%以上,种子活力高。种子盒和玻璃瓶是红麻种子长期安全贮藏最适宜的包装材料,安全保存期限达31年以上。In order to study the effects of different packaging on seed germination and vigor under the long-term storage condition,selected suitable packaging materials and package method,and comprehensive assessment of the different packaging of seeds vigor changed after the long-term Genebank storage.Aluminium box,seed boxes,glass bottles,polyethylene film bag,sack and kraft paper bags as packaging materials to pack Nanxuan kenaf seed,and stored in long-term storage,their seeds germinability,electrical conductivity and field seedling rate were tested after keeping 31 years.Test results show that the storage after 31 years with the paper bag and sack packaging,film bags and aluminum boxes sealed packaging of seed germination percentage decreased significantly,using seed boxes,glass bottles,sealed packaging of seed germination was not remarkable,germination rates were still above85%.Seed boxes and glass bottles were most appropriate packaging materials for long-term safe storage of kenaf seeds,the kenaf seeds can be safely storaged for more than 31 years.
