摘 要:采用杯碟法、微量生物量热法,研究了8-羟基喹啉-水杨酸-镧配合物(La(C7H5O3)2·(C9H5O))对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,CICC10384)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis,CICC10012)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli,sATCC8739)、粟酒酵母(Schizosaccharomyces pombe)及K562和HeLa-60肿瘤细胞的抑制活性。结果表明:La(C7H503)2·(C9H6NO)对3种细菌的最小杀菌浓度分别为0.45~0.90g/L、1-2~1.5g/L和1.2~1.5g/L而且浓度1.5g/L以上的稀土配合物对3种细菌的抑制作用存在极显著差异(P〈0.01),其中3.6g/L以上浓度的稀土配合物对3种细菌的抑菌达到了强、中、强的效果:对S.pombe、K562细胞、HeLa-60细胞也都具有较强的抑制作用,且IC50分别为26.77mg/L、1.62mg/L和1.68mg/L。以上结果说明,La(C7H503)2·(C9H6NO)具有较强的抑菌和抗肿瘤效果。The antimicrobial activities and mechanism of 8-hydroxyquinolinato-bis-(salicylato) lanthanum (Ⅲ) complex on a series of cells including Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus), Bacillus subtilis (B. subtilis), Escherichia coli (E. coli), Schizosaccharomyces pombe (S. pombe), K562 and Hela-60 cells were investigat- ed by method of cylinder plate and mirocalorimetry. The nesults showed that the minimum lethal concentration of La(C7H5O3)2·(CqH6NO) to three bacteria were 0.45-0.90 g/L, 1.2M.5 g/L and 1.2-1.5 g/L, respective- ly. Highly significant difference was detected in inhibiting effect on three bacteria when the concentration was over 1.5 g/L and 3.6 g/L of La(C7H5O3)2·(C9H6NO) inhibited the growth of three bacteria (S. aureus, B. subtills and E.coli) significantly, reaching strong, medium and strong antibacterial levels, respectively. In addition, the synthetic complex also exhibited good effect of inhibition on growth of S. pombe, K562 and HeLa-60 tumor cells and its IC50 values were 26.77 rag/L, 1.62 mg/L and 1.68 mg/L, respectively. These data proved that the synthetic compound has relatively strong antibacterial and antitumor effects.
