摘 要:对燃气轮机低旋流多喷嘴燃烧器的性能进行了实验,分析了当量比和喷嘴出口气流速度对燃烧室压力脉动、排温和排放的影响.结果表明,低旋流多喷嘴燃烧器运行时存在稳定燃烧区、不稳定燃烧区和回火区.随着当量比的减小多喷嘴燃烧趋于不稳定,压力脉动幅值增加,主频降低.随着喷嘴出口气流速度的增加,燃烧趋于稳定,压力脉动幅值减小,主频增加.喷嘴出口气流速度大于12m/s时,多喷嘴燃烧器不存在不稳定燃烧工况.低旋流多喷嘴燃烧器NOx排放与绝热火焰温度呈对数线性相关,且NOx排放随火焰温度的变化比单喷嘴小.Experimental investigations were conducted on the performance of the low-swirl multi-nozzle burner in a gas turbine model combustor.The effect of equivalence ratio and nozzle exit velocity on the dynamic characteristic,exhaust temperature and emission was analyzed.The experimental results show that there are three types of operation mode,ie.,stable combustion region,unstable combustion region,and flashback region for the low-swirl multi-nozzle burner.The multi-nozzle flames tend to be unstable with the amplitude of pressure oscillation increasing and frequency decreasing when the equivalence ratio is decreased.The flames become stable and the frequency of pressure fluctuation increases when the inlet velocity is increased.NOxemissions for the multi-nozzle burner show a log-linear dependency on the adiabatic flame temperature and are less sensitive to the flame temperature than those for single nozzle.
