摘 要:目的探讨骨折风险预测简易工具(fracture risk assessment tool,Frax)在骨质疏松性骨折风险评估中的作用与准确性。方法选取在我院行双能X线骨密度检查者90例为研究对象,其中发生骨折45例(观察组),未发生骨折45例(对照组),比较两组研究对象Frax指数分布情况,同时对两种工具在观察组骨折风险评估中的准确性进行对比。结果观察组Frax指数同未发生骨折的对照组比较明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Frax工具在骨折风险评估中,曲线下面积以及敏感度均显著高于亚洲骨质疏松自我筛查工具(osteoporosis self-assessment tool forasians,Osta),但特异度明显较Osta低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Frax工具能够准确对骨质疏松性骨折的风险进行评估,具有较高的准确度,可对骨质疏松骨折的预防及治疗进行有效指导。Objective To explore the effect and accuracy of Frax for risk assessment of osteoporotic fracture.Methods Ninetycases with dual energy X-ray bone mineral density were selected as the study subjects in our hospital, of which 45 cases with osteoporotic fracture as the observation group, the rest 45 subjects as the control group, Frax index distribution between two groups and the accuracy of the two tools in the assessment of fracture risk were compared. Results The Frax index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group with no osteoporotic fracture, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). The area and sensitivity of Osta tool in fracture risk assessment were significantly higher than that of Osta, but the specificity was significantly lower than that of Frax(P 0.05).Conclusion Frax tool with high accuracy can be used to evaluate the risk of osteoporotic fracture, which can be used to guide osteoporosis treatment and fracture prevention.
