摘 要:本文针对江苏油田瓦6接转站原油集输系统节能降耗问题进行相关研究,根据其工艺流程特点和现有供能系统加热炉的能耗情况,提出了采用热电联供技术的原油集输系统新型供能方案。结果显示,新型方案平均热效率为74.98%,比加热炉高出8.49%,效率平均可以达到16.91%,为加热炉的1.8倍;同时每年可以节约燃料油约50吨,占现燃料油消耗总量的5%以上,热电联供系统平均供电负荷为83.59 kW,可以充分满足接转站站内耗电设备的需求,使瓦6接转站总能耗下降10.37%。通过分析可见,采用热电联供技术的原油集输系统供能方案替代加热炉可以提高燃料油的能量利用率,节约燃料油的消耗,降低接转站的能耗,实现接转站站内电力的自给自足,从而有效降低原油集输的成本。This paper gives related research about the problem of energy saving of the crude oil gathering system of tile 6 block station in JiangSu oil field.According to the process characteristics of 6 block station and the existing power system energy consumption situation of heating furnace,the new scheme of the cogeneration technology of crude oil gathering and transferring system power was put forward.Calculated results show that using the new power scheme of the cogeneration technology,the average thermal efficiency is 74.98%,8.49%higher than the heating furnace,exergy efficiency can reach 16.91%on average,which is 1.8 times of the heating furnace's.At the same time,the use of cogeneration system for heating furnace can save about 50 tons of fuel oil each year,accounting for over 5%of the total fuel oil consumption.The cogeneration system's average power supply load is83.59 kW,which can fully meet the needs of electricity within the block station,making a 10.37%drop in total energy consumption.Through the analysis of calculation results,the following conclusions are:using the cogeneration technology rather than heating furnace can improve the energy utilization rate of fuel oil,save fuel oil consumption,reduce the energy consumption of block station,achieve selfsufficiency in power in the station,and effectively reduce the cost of crude oil gathering and transferring.
