摘 要:主要研究煤矸石掺量对混凝土强度和弹性模量的影响,建立煤矸石混凝土弹性模量计算的数学模型。试验设计C20~C50四个强度等级的混凝土,按照等量取代法,用20%~100%煤矸石取代碎石,通过外加剂调整混凝土的工作性,制成混凝土试件。依据GB/T 50081进行测试,通过试验结果研究煤矸石掺量对混凝土强度、弹性模量的影响,建立煤矸石混凝土强度、表观密度和弹性模量的数学模型。试验结果表明:煤矸石掺量的变化对C20等级的混凝土强度影响不大;C30等级的混凝土,当煤矸石掺量在40%以内时,强度变化不大;但是当煤矸石掺量继续增大到60%时,强度出现明显降低趋势;C40~C50等级的混凝土煤矸石掺量达到20%时强度降低5%,因此煤矸石掺量应控制在20%内。通过对混凝土模量和强度的研究以及试验结果建立了煤矸石混凝土弹性模量计算的数学模型,E_c=429.1/(9.003+151.4/f_c)或者E_c=6.036×10^(-3)×ρ×f_c^(0.238 8)。The effect of gangue content on concrete strength and elastic modulus was studied in this paper and the mathematical model of modulus calculation was built for gangue concrete. In the tests, concrete specimens in four strength grades of C20- C50 were prepared using equivalent replacement with substitution of 20% - 100% gangue for gravel, and adjusted the concrete workability by admixture adding.The specimens were tested according to standard GB/T 50081 ,then the effect of gangue content on concrete strength and elastic modulus were studied.The mathematical model of strength, apparent density and elastic modulus of gangue concrete were built.The tests results show that the gangue content variation had little effect on the strength of C20 concrete. The strength changed a little for C30 concrete when gangue content was within 40%.But the strength showed an obvious decreasing trend when the content increased to 60%.The content should be limited within 20%for C40-50 concrete because the strength decreased by 5%.When the content increased to 20%.By studying the relationship between concrete strength and modulus, the mathematical model of elastic modulus calculation for gangue concrete was built up based on the test data and results,then the calculation formula was deduced Ec =429.1/(9.003 + 151.4/fc ) or Ec = 6.036×10^-3×ρ×fc^0.238 8.
