摘　　要：黄芪多糖是黄芪中主要的活性成分之一,其注射液目前已经用于癌症的临床辅助治疗。最近有研究表明,除了具有增强免疫、抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗炎等药理学活性,黄芪多糖还能够有效治疗和改善多种神经系统相关疾病及神经损伤症状,具有良好的神经营养和神经功能增强作用。因此,本文综述了近年来黄芪多糖针对神经系统病症的神经保护作用及相关机制的研究进展,为其药理学研究提供参考,并在此基础上展望了黄芪多糖在医药保健等领域的开发和应用前景。Astragalus polysaccharide is the main bioactive component of tonic herb Astragalus membranaceus,and its injection solution has been used as adjuvant to treat cancer.In addition to a number of well studied pharmacological activities,such as immunomodulation,anti-cancer,anti-diabetes and anti-inflammation,Astragalus polysaccharide has been recently found to exhibit beneficial effects on treating neurological disorders and ameliorating nerve injury symptoms,and also shows considerable neurotrophic and neuronal function enhancing abilities.This paper reviewed the progress of neuroprotective effects and mechanism of Astragalus polysaccharide on treating neurological diseases,and prospected its further applications in pharmaceutical and functional food industries.
