摘 要:通过采用粉煤灰烧结而成的陶粒作为轻骨料,并掺加一定量的粉煤灰制备陶粒混凝土,系统研究了胶凝材料用量与粉煤灰掺量对其工作性能和力学性能的影响,并根据不同粉煤灰掺量条件下胶凝材料用量与28 d抗压强度关系线性回归得到不同强度等级混凝土的推荐配合比。研究结果表明,胶凝材料总量为300 kg/m^3且粉煤灰掺量为0时混凝土净用水量达到最大为120 kg/m^3,随着胶凝材料用量及粉煤灰掺量的增加,其净用水量逐渐减少;当粉煤灰掺量为15%时,陶粒混凝土的后期强度达到最高,相比早期强度增大幅度达89.3%。It adopting sintered fly ash ceramsite as lightweight aggregate and using fly ash replace cement to prepare ceramsite con- crete,researching the impact of the dosage of gelled material and content of fly ash on its work performance and mechanical properties, and under the condition of different dosage of fly ash, according to the linear regression relationship between the dosage of gelled material with 28 days compressive strength to get the recommended mix proportion of different strength grade of concrete. The research resuits show that when the dosage of gelled material of 300 kg/m^3 and the admixture of fly ash being 0, the net water consumption reached 120 kg/m^3 to the maximum, and with the increase of the dosage of gelled material and content of fly ash, its net water consumption gradually reduce. When the dosage of fly ash to 15%, the later strength of ceramsite concrete reach the highest intensity, compared with the early strength, the increasing extent up to 89.3%.
