摘  要:快速评估模型在排水防涝规划中的应用还处于研究阶段,该模型搭建简单,但是应用条件限制很多,需要建模人员特别注意的地方较多。通过对雨水排除能力、设计降雨以及模型计算稳定性的分析,给出了该模型在构建时对应问题的处理方法。研究表明,对于出水口附近地势较为平坦、地势单一、河道顶托不严重、受客水影响较小的地区,适合快速评估模型的建立;地形建筑面的拔高对模型结果有很大影响,建议不拔高建筑,尽量使DEM在反映实际地形的基础上做得平滑些,网格大小尽量不超过道路的宽度,建议取10 m×10 m,时间步长建议取0.1 s。The application of rapid evaluation model to urban drainage and waterlogging control planning is still under research. The model is easily to build but has many restrictive factors, to which the technical personnel need to pay much attention. Through the analysis of the ability to remove rainwater, rainfall design and stability of model calculation, the relative solutions to the problems existing in the modeling were given. It is suitable to establish the rapid evaluation model for the regions where terrain near the water outlet is relatively flat and single, river backwater is not serious, and the influence of foreign water is slight. The overstating of building surfaces has great impact on the model results, so it is not recommended to overstate building. It is tried to make the digital elevation model (DEM) reflect the real terrain smoothly, to take the grid size as 10 m × 10 m which does not exceed the road width and to take the time step of 0.1 s.
