摘 要:目前,关于活性氩弧熔覆Fe基B_4C复合陶瓷涂层的研究较少。为了降低弧氩熔覆层的制备成本并提高其性能,同时拓宽固体废物粉煤灰的应用领域,以粉煤灰为活性剂,在Q235钢表面氩弧熔覆Fe基B_4C层。通过研究粉煤灰活性剂对熔覆层成分、金相组织、显微硬度以及耐冲蚀性能的影响,验证粉煤灰作活性剂应用于氩弧熔覆技术的可行性。结果表明:普通氩弧熔覆层中发生了原位反应,生成了Fe_2B、Fe_3B等新相,熔覆层显微硬度300HV左右,在冲蚀介质转速为200,300,400 r/min时,耐冲蚀性能分别为基材的2.17,2.19,2.52倍;粉煤灰活性氩弧熔覆层除生成Fe_2B、Fe_3B外,还生成了Fe_3.5B、Fe_5Si_3、Fe_2Al B_2和Fe_3Al_2Si3等新相,熔覆层显微硬度稍有提高,最高达450 HV,在冲蚀介质转速为200,300,400 r/min时,耐冲蚀性能分别为基材的4.28,4.57,6.46倍。In order to decrease the cost of the preparation of argon arc cladding layer and improve its performance and meantime broaden the application field of solid waste fly ash as well,Fe-based B_4C argon arc cladding layer was prepared on the surface of Q235 steel,with the fly ash as the active agent.The feasibility of the fly ash as the active agent applying to the argon arc cladding was investigated by studying the effects of fly ash on the composition,metallographic structure,micro-hardness and erosive wear resistance.Results showed that Fe_2B and Fe_2B were formed through in situ reaction during the conventional welding and the hardness of the layer was about300 HV.When the rate of revolutions was 200,300,400 r/min in the erosion medium,the erosive wear resistance was 2.17,2.19,2.52 times as great as that of the base metal,respectively.As for the argon arc cladding layer prepared by fly ash active agent,other new phases like Fe_(3.5)B,Fe_5 Si_3,Fe_2 AlB_2 and Fe_3Al_2Si_3 were also found,furthermore the hardness of the layer was improved to about 450 HV,and the erosive wear resistance was 4.28,4.57,6.46 times as great as that of the base metal when the rate of revolutions was 200,300,400 r/min.
